We should not be fooled by the somewhat chaotic and unkempt appearance of the city, since in its 2300 years of existence has been destroyed at least 40 times and has never been put back at all. But behind this facade is one of the liveliest cities in Europe, especially on the boulevard of Kneza Mihaila with restaurants and cafes across the city from north to east. Surrounding the center of Belgrade neighborhoods are communists.

The most important places to visit Belgrade are the Kalemegdan Citadel seventeenth century mostly we can find medieval gates, tubas Muslim, Orthodox churches, Turkish baths and the Military Museum. You can also walk in the park of Kalemegdan fortress or where the Zoo and several restaurants and sports facilities. The citadel is divided in two cities in the Upper and Lower accessed at the gates and Sahat Stambol. In the Upper Town are the Clock Tower (Sahat-kula) SVIII century, also used as a watchtower, from where a beautiful view of Belgrade. After the door-Kapija Kralı can see a Roman well.

Next to the citadel is Stari Grad, the oldest part of town. Here are the best museums in Belgrade, including: the National Museum (archeology and painting), the Ethnographic Museum (with Serbian costumes and folk art), the Hall of fresh (life-size reproductions of paintings of Serbian churches in the field and Macedonian) and the Palace of Princess Ljubice (Balkan-style palace furnished).

In the river Sava, Belgrade just above an island where there is the park Ciganlija Ada, perhaps the most pleasant park in the city, where in addition to walk or lie down to rest you can swim, bike or sit down to take a coffee or a beer in one of its terraces.
